thlog 10

This is the last week, where I am transitioning between the WP3 and the start of the Writing 2 portfolio.  After challenging the creative side of myself for the WP3, I am now in the process of using all the knowledge I learned from the course to revise my WP1 and WP2 final drafts.  I feel like I am up to this challenge.  This week in class, we were given two options for this portfolio.  I am going to do the online version, because it would be pretty cool to create my own website, and I can go back to my drafts anytime I want by visiting the webpage.  I am pretty excited about having the option to create the online portfolio.  It seems simple to make and the website seems very user friendly, despite the computer problems experienced in class that may have made this process seem more complicated.
After going through the survey questions on Monday, and also the responses on Wednesday, I realized that this class was effectively taught through ways I learned and also through the schedule/outline used for the quarter.  I believe that everything was taught at the right pace, which allowed me to process all the information so that I now remember most of what I learned throughout the course.  By being able to retain all the information regarding moves, rhetorical features, reverse outlines, and other important techniques, I can now create a strongly-written portfolio with final drafts that incorporate all that was learned in this writing class. After reading the comments from both classmates and from Zack, I know what I need to improve on -- for both WPs and also for future writing projects -- and I know what my strengths in writing are.  Writing 2 has been a fun class, and I have learned a lot about my abilities as a writer.
